The Cornish Key Company offers a complete locksmithing service. Local homes and companies large and small are among our client base.
We specialise in most types of lock work and our keys are cut in our own workshops so that they may be tailored to individual requirements.
We have been opening and securing doors since 1973. So its not surprising we have established ourselves as a leading source of knowledge and expertise on most aspects of locksmithing throughout the county.
Our History
E. F. Crewes and Son is an old family business, it was established on the 23rd of September 1929, by my grandfather. A partnership was formed with my father when the "& Son" was added on the 1st of January 1953. The Cornish Key Company was purchased from a retiring locksmith in 1973, I started working for the company in 1974, my father retired in March 1998 and my wife and I took over the business and have provided a locksmith service to the county and beyond ever since.
